I got my '94 Torch Red Baby September 23rd and since my ownership, I've taken care of a number of things. The shift cover/cup holder console lid was broken so i replaced the cover with a new one. The next thing i did was replace the vinyl seat covers with Al Knoch leather covers with new foam. Today, I made up new rollers from Delrin bar square stock for the headlight actuators. The best thing i did was a couple weeks ago, is i framed in and insulated a part of the building so i have a heated shop space i keep the Corvette nice and warm at 50 degrees. Here's some pictures of my efforts.
Very nice! I especially like the warm space in which to work!
Nice work! 👍
One suggestion I would offer is before putting the headlight mechanisms back together, replace the nylon/plastic gears with metal ones. In time the nylon/plastic gears will disintegrate and you'll be taking things apart again. Been there, done that.

ALSO, If not already done, is replace the three little pucks in the gear. They also disintegrate. Each light has three. They turn to dust, and the light will not open or close. A very inexpensive up grade.
