Thank you Laurie for the "reply"...
That signature fits my attitude to "Life" perfectly. Times and/or circumstances may wear me down... but I "Always... have an Ace in th' Hole"... I can contest the negativity with a different attitude...
I wasn't wild about the color of the wheels at first, but their growing on me. Of course I'll leave her as stock as I can. Someone changed the radio, and I don't know what year they put in, but it works, and most people don't notice the difference. But I'm of an age that abhors radical alterations in a classical vehicle. Not to confuse classical with resto-mod, I like a neat body style that has been kitted with a modern supercharged engine and drive train, modern wiring and custom gauges. But that is something that I currently can't afford. It is difficult enough finding parts for this car. As an example, I needed a high pressure switch for the air conditioning. Two places left in the country that has one. Luckily, one of the places was a dealer in Nebraska where I didn't have to lay my billfold on the counter, step back and raise my hands when asking the price.
Anyhoo... I'm having fun getting her back in shape.
Take Care and...
Drive On!!...
