I want to add some chrome rims(c07style)

and tires

I am wondering if 17x9.5 rims with p275 40 17s for all four wheels is ok

I have 255/45/17 on front and 285/40/17 on rear

will it affect looks or driving?

According to TireRack the 17x9.5 rims are the stock size for your car.  The stock rear tires are a little wider than the front tires.  The tires you're looking at will be a little wider on the front and a little narrower on the rear than the stock ones.  I don't think you'll have any issue with the rear tires but you might have some rubbing with the front tires, can't say for sure.  The wider tire on the front will give you a little more grip when turning and the narrower tire on the rear will give you a little less grip on turning and acceleration.

My 1991 has 17x9.5 rims with p275 40 17s for all four wheels. I like it that way as I can rotate them to front and rear, extends wear. I don't think you'll notice any diff in handling.
