What wheels/tires do you have on your Vette?
Post some pics with your answer!
I have O.E.M. wheels with Kumho tires that came on it. They will need to be replaced this summer. Not sure what to use.
'96 LT4. Wheels are repro C6 wheels, 17x9.5 all around. Continental Extreme Contact tires, 275-40 in front and 285-40 on the rear. Wheels are powdercoated Hyper Silver, not a fan of chrome on Corvettes. I like the A-mold wheels but there's so many out there. I wanted something a little different, plus I like the 5-spokes...easier to clean.
Tire Rack repros of C6 wheels, 18x8.5 front, 18x10 rear. Shod with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+, 255/40ZR18 front, 285/35ZR18 rear.

Kept the originals as I couldn't afford new tires AND wheels. š¤£

I believe you first have to decide if you want to stay OEM or go after market where you have thousands of choices. Does make it difficult, stay classic or go spicy?

Stock 95 rims
My 87 z51 has C5 style Z06 chrome Motorsport rims. Bridgestone Potenza rubber. 17x9-1/2 on front with 275-40s and 18x10-1/2 on rear with 295-35’s.
For instance the 1990 “salad shooters” are unique. The ZR-1’s rear 17X11 were only available in 1990. Extremely hard to find and I think they are a work of art and a masterpiece. All four corners fit there and that’s it.
She came with these when I got her and I love 'em! š¤
Sorry I didn’t send a picture. This is my ‘90 convertible with C5 Z06 wheels. When I bought it had these on plus I got the original ones. I like these better.
Looks like a future calendar picture!

On my 1985 LT1 I am running 18x9.5 +22 forged Breyton wheels with 255/40-18 tires. The complete package was only $1100, wheels $500 on FB Marketplace and $600 for the tires. With the upgraded Z51 parts and polyurethane bushings the car handles great now.
